    Hey Bio, keep posting, brother! Do you usually grill all your meats? How do you prepare your rice? I to start eating more brown rice but it's always to damn bland for me.

    I boil off a big batch for the week and yes I grill my meat for the week and separate it into containers. As long as it's stored properly serve safe rules allow 7 days shelf life after cooing it off
