anyone here into scuba? i just got certified about a year ago and love it. so far i have dove here locally in socal (laguna, newport), catalina, and cozumel.

I haven't had the opertunity to do it in a long time but I do still have my certification, got it back in 85. It is a blast. I used to go bug hunting when the season opened and did a few wreck dives. Haven't tried cave diving. Don't know that I ever will. Cave diving, IMHO, is for the pros.

I dived in the NAvy and have been trying to get back into it. My favorite place was off the reef in AUstralia. Truely one of the most beautiful spots to see. One of these days I'll get back into it.

The Great reef! We were lucky to get our liberty passes for the weekend and a couple guys from our team and I decided to hit it up for a few hours. I miss those crazy bastards!
