Appetite Booster
Anyone have any suggestions on something to increase appetite? Looking for something inexpensive, yet effective. I was taking MK 677 for quite a while, and it worked great to increase my appetite, but I don't want to spend that kind of money anymore.

I find the more I eat, the more my body gets used to eating that much. Id say slowly ramp up the calories and your body will adjust.
I seem to burn off rice quickly so I can eat more of it, more often. Calorie dense foods (nuts/oils) also help.

B12 does the trick for me, so I rarely use it. Already eat too much as it is.

Try HIT training. You'll be hungry.

Thanks, guys. Heard about B12 boosting appetite. I take a multivitamin everyday, but maybe I'll add in some B12. I've been trying to stay away from peps (due to not wanting to spend the extra money), but I will look into GHRP6 as well.

I only know prescription meds that help with appetite, like cyproheptadin (periactin), but it sucks ass to use it. (Tired, drowsy)
Other than is insulin , but can't use that while the time.
And no, pot doesn't help either.
So I'd also like suggestions here, as I only have bad options for increasing appetite. Ofcourse i eat regardless of being hungry,
but I have periods I really hate food.
If I could get all my food through IV, but that would mean I could never taste again, I think I'd actually go for it.
But as far as advice for increasing appetite there are,
as far as I know,
either the peptides (which have the benefit of increasing GH)
otherwise we're talking psychoactive prescribed meds that block H1 and 5HT2A receptors; mianserin, mirtazapine, cyprohepatadine and maybe some of the older antihistamines. (I know the dopamine blockers increase appetite as well,
but you have to be schizophrenic in the first place to think those are a good idea to use)
If anyone knows of any OTC herbal remedy or something that actually works I'd like that. Forcing down food gets old quick.

I used to think that way but Tren changed my attitude about food. Now I have the opposite problem...

Thanks, fellas. I generally like to eat, and I'm well aware that I don't have to be hungry to eat. But like another poster said, forcing down food gets old on the occasion that I just don't feel like eating. I will try the sublingual B12 as well as the methylcobalamin and see how it works.
