Full bloodwork question

As a steroid user i get full bloods done very few months, with paranoia concerning cancer, would cancer be detected in the bloodwork we steroid users get? Normally i get a FBE(full blood examination and CBC. along side test, e2, kidneys, liver etc etc.

Would any cancer be picked up in a FBE or CBC? i know kidney and liver cancer would obviousely show signs of distress on those parts of the test but what about all the other sorta of cancer? Would cancer throw your blood cells off chart? White and red blood cells ETC?

Some forms of cancer yes, but you should also get organs ultrasounds (abdominal, prostatic, tyroideal, etc).
