What supps do you guys recommend for anxiety/relaxing? At times especially being on various compounds, my mind feels cluttered with anxious thoughts/ paranoia etc, especially high doses eq it seems.

Theanine works well for me. How much caffeine do you take it daily?
Back off some of the compounds. What are you on?
Try going for long walks or yoga. Yoga will bust your ass and will help with the anxiety. Maybe try doing some meditation (not masturbation, haha!)
