Is Jerry Brainum the one to follow?

I think i have got myself a new guru. Before it was Piana. Things change but now its Jerry Brainum. Im trying to be a slave to his advices.

What do you think of this guy? He really got me whan he dissected Sarms, talked about test and prostate cancer and proteinintake, how much you really need.
