Last sunday I accidentally ate just north of 10,000 calories. Been on MK677 for 2.5ish weeks now.

I also heard 3 days on. 1 off etc.
I know continous use is best. If i cut for a week , i feel real bad from low igf1 levels.
Body needs 2 weeks to recover.
No way i would do 4 weeks cycles.
Must be same as HGH. Never heard of HGH restweeks.
Why?... Must be the idea of not halten the bodies own production... But i dont believe in it.

260 was heavy. To manage 270 kg next week, i think i have to do squats alone wednesday, then do deads with back on friday. And not squats, then deads, as i did today.

Well... I can stil gain serious size and strength with tren without risking my health. Which im going to prove in 2-3 months. But this time without fatal injuries.
Actually i think with last years knowledge and 1 g, i migth look the best ever at week 5. That proves to me im young as a virgins ass. Eh... Not a mint expression i think lol, but i know you guys can read me!

I don't miss squats or deadlifts. Use to be my bread and butter. I realize now the energy you put in you don't get the same return on muscle growth. They are expensive lifts.

I often hear a lot of reputable guys say they, specifically deads, are not good for bodybuilding. The amount of energy and how much it taxes the CNS... The cost to benefit isn't there. You're better off putting that energy into other exercises that hit the same muscle group and getting higher volume.
But ... Who doesn't want a big deadlift? It's the ultimate ego lift

Personally i cant get my thighs up without squats and deads. But those two are the only one i need. But their tax the structure when u reach 45. I think thats why +45 guys thighs melt like butter.
Yeah i said deads. A tremendous thighs volum exersice.

Missed 270 kg today. Warm up was good.
Why?
Eating like shit.
MK677 keeps me ok, then i eat shit.
Its after a 4 months cycle, cant ecpect to get stronger now.
And... Pain in upper left thigh. Makes me sceptical when going heavy. With my fatal triceps injury this summer in memory.
What to do?
Dont know. Wait until next cycle and add deca ..

Good thing is. I got back 85%..at least of my left arms volum.
Have Added left arm biceps feeders every evening.

If i take 25 mg once, im more likely to feel nasty sides. Specially the hunger, suddenly drop of blood sugar feeling. I remember one time at the gym it suddenly kicked and i needed to by 5 chocholades to be able to do any thing.
Another time i Just had to go home.

I'm extremely confused as to how the heck MK677 is dropping your blood sugar .. its a 'hyper-glycemic' compund that frees up stored blood sugar into the blood stream . it raises blood sugar significantly in most people, to the point that if a doctor did the blood work they would be considered diabetic.
are you sure your not going 'hyper glycemic' and not hypo .. some of the symptoms are the same

U did not read my comment accurate. I said, low blood sugar feeling. Not low blood sugar. I know MK677 does nothing to your bloodsugar, but it messes with ghrelin, the hunger hormone and then it will give this feeling.
I am afraid that avi would give me very few matches. With the students, its a 200 000 people town only and mostly normies all of them.
So bad idea ithink lol
