I like that. Similar to what I'm doing this time, but my test is lower. 250 of test/ week, 3-400mg/ week of primo, 200 tren e, and 10-20 mg of d'bol. May just do the d'bol as a prelift?

Well. My main pri this time, based on my summer cycle, will be to increase the dose. Preferable every 3. week. If the tren is acetate, im more confortable with adding dbol the last 6 weeks.
But for me, nothing is set. Im already buff enough for my gym and town, and only motivation is to impress u guys lol

Not necessarily. Upping the calories helps build muscle and fat. The cardio helps to keep your heart “up to speed” with your additional load- weight.
I gained 30 lbs and I needed to start cardio to keep my heart condition up to the weight I was carrying around.
If he were to be cycling, he would be even more effective at the cardio decreasing the fat %. In other words he would be adding muscle and fat and essentially just removing fat. NOTE: this is high level and there are many more factors.
My opinion- enlarged heart isn’t caused from steroids , it is caused from the additional weight these guys are carrying around. Yes the heart is a muscle and AAS may play a small role.

Completely agree with you Charger. The heart is merely a pump & the larger the body it has to deliver the blood to, the larger it gets. Regrettably for the heart, bigger does not mean better.

And. There are stil exercises i become stronger. At 48 years. Alt dumb curls, side laterals, legcurls, calves, lat pulldowns f. i.
Gone forever are heavy deads, squats and all variations of presses
But i have new methods for massive thighs

No. I hit them superligth 3 times a week. Def NOT to failure. But 20 reps. 6 - 8 sets. Squat movements only. Deep. Regular, front and safetybar. Occasionally legpress.
I mean real ligth. The barbell and up to like 60 kgs.
Never pain anywhere, min tax on the CNS and nomore the hateful legday.
And same for the hams. 3 times a week.
My thighs become the same, possible better with this way than when i could go as heavy as the muscles allowed on squats, deads and legpress some years ago.
But max focus on form. Superstrict. And trying to lift as vertical as possible without tipping back

But... Sunday its time. Then i go to the gym again.
Diettwize i only follow two rules now. Drink 2.5 littre of hole milk ed. And 3 dl eggwhites 2 times aday.
Rest is a4. Then i will try to add one thing every week.

For sure i would easily walk around inside Golds Venice and feeling good, looking like this from behind
