Not well. Pushups, moving snow, turning in the sofa migth hurt. Its also shortened. And need to use thight straps on all push movements. I would say back to 60%. I think its permanent.

My thighs are bigger than ever. Due to the thinking prosess. I discovered something. Calfs and back are ok ofcourse. Raises build shoulders. No prob. Traps No problemes. For chest going ligth with max feeling 3 times a week with thigth straps, gets my by. Not optimal, but ok.
Tris, well, i go Piana style, pushdowns, lots of reps, ligth extensions and with new tatoos its enough to impress girls and non competing guys.
Bis and forearms no prob. Cardio no prob.

Yes. Never felt so good before a run before. And i for sure will not do the gymmistake i did last summer. Upping the weigths as i was a 25 year old when the tren increases strength. No man. I believe its possible to look oiled on mod weigths.
