No. Im Deadly serious.
Just so sick of the smal guys at my gym. And they are getting smaller and smaller every year. It tears down my eye of the tiger.
And 95% of the gyms do not welcome me. It should be one with the opposite take u. Like: "lol, no, u will not get access to this one, bro. This is a 4 plates gym. I mean, look at you. There is a fitness center down the road. Now get out of my buildning and have your self a good day."

Ordered 500 deca , 500 test e and tbol for my christmas cycle. Possible should have been a little tren in there, but maybe tren once a year should be enough and 500 mg 19nors is the maximal before prolactin issues. And anchis are hard to get cause of the virus.
And i think 500 mg deca is better for bones and joints, than 250 mg of each.
Aim for just 8 weeks effective, so i guess i start shooting deca 15 october with the 250 cruise. Tbols from i november.
But i possible switch to dbol 1 december.
But low, max 40 mg.
Add in mk677 and cardarine i guess.
It will be my first blast from a cruise, meaning i will start at the highest level ever.
Damned skijump stairs running have done magic for my health, heart, breeding etc so i take my chance and do this shit as if i was 30.
Certain my body will tell if im pushing too much. But as we speak, feel damn ok.
But hips, knee etc keeps me from going heavy. Therefor deca now.
If im lucky, this could be my before pics this time. I think i have stopped the loss of gains now with 250 test e. I guess i drop nebido and just continue with 250 mg test e from BD.

I agree on tren once a year. I have run TRT/tren/Deca before, but with joints aching and still in PT for my shoulder, it's TRT/NPP/d'bol, and 1.8iu of Serostim for now. Maybe tren early next spring.
Should be having some dry needling sessions coming up for my left biceps. I let the nerve issue go for too long, muscle atrophied, sticky muscle tissue.... everything went wrong, except for the pain. The pain is better and I'll have another nerve conduction velocity study in 4 months unless progress slows. If progress slows, then it will be.surgery to try to relieve the c5 c6 radiculopathy.
I used to prefer tbol over d'bol, but recently have been liking d'bol again. Low dose though, like 10-20mg/day.
Congratulations on the cardio/running! Oh, I definitely get my beetroot juice and also drink the juice whenever I open up a can of beets to eat. I probably eat 4-5 cans of beets/ week plus my daily beet juice.

Thanks. Personally, I’m into drop sets, rest pause, slow negatives and with single arm arm work, forced reps. I love the burn. Just happy to be lifting again after the closures.
I’ll hang in other threads. I’m new here, but ain’t no spring chicken, lol. BTW, beets and beet juice? Love them for BP.

It's for Olympic lifting I believe.
The bumper plates rest in between the two steel bars.
This way the barbell doesn't come in contact with the safeties.

Actually, it’s usually the big boys that are the pain in the butt. The usually are making a scene and throwing the weights down to make more noise.
One of these days I am going to tell them, “you really should use a weight that you can handle so you don’t get hurt.” LOL
There are others that are really cool, like “ hey if I’m not on the machine, just jump in, I will work around you.”
If I see someone eyeing a machine that I am on, I will invite them to jump in. I hate the people that are doing supersets and leave their towel or water bottle on the equipment si no one else uses it, meanwhile they are 4 minutes between sets.

Personally I like his physique. I don’t really pay attention religiously to what he or other guys believe in and follow blindly because we all respond differently to different techniques and methods. After doing this for a bit (I’m a gym rat) I realized that there is no “only” or “best” way.
Feeders, another technique and another tool in the box. If it works for you, great, use it. If not, don’t. Does it make sense getting extra blood to your muscles? Yes of course, particularly if the blood is caring nutrients, AAS and HGH.

I don’t share constructively either. I’m rather forceful and it’s typically a one sided affair. So we can agree there. And, btw, I do like assholes, if you understand what I mean. Never turned down an asshole, they all feel the same, once I get going that is.
If you don’t want answers, don’t ask questions. I get it to a point, you don’t speak English that well, I’ve given guys a pass on that before, but under different circumstances.
