    Living outside the box right now. 4 weeks out from competition and taking adrol. Working out to failure- completely the opposite of the last 9 years. I look better fuller. Not like a OMAD people.

    Looking good Sil. Agree with eating less, at 64 it definitely agrees with me, but you sure won’t get any bulk.

    Going on my 4th month of fasted morning workouts & my body has long adjusted. Not getting massive pumps like if I carbed up 2-3 hours prior, but it’s working.

    Agree with the others, miss the Viking beard.

    U will loose muscles because the snack will degrade your GHproduction, and it will also fuck up your insulinlevels.

    If u must, eat snack in the window 3 hours after the big OMADmeal.

    If stil problematic, run keto for 3 weeks and learn the body to use fat as energy, not only carbs.

    And always train in a fasted state. Eat the big omad after wo.

    But u migth wanna have some bone broth 3 hours before the omad to avoid diareA.

    OMAD.

    Crazy, i ran 600 mg tren and dbol 5 weeks ago.
