But i have discovered the youthmedicin.
One meal a day, or atleast a 3-4 hour eating window.
Skyrocks your HGHlevels, cures IR, erases 95% of western illnesses, melts fat like no other chems and muscle loss/strengthloss is pretty much not noticable. I would say 90-95% of eating a ton of carbs 10 times a day.
Best of all, training at a fasted state, give u just as much pump. Believe it or not. Evolution, theori says the vessels contract, keeping the blood in the working area.
Its logical, else we wouldnt survive millions of years when we hunted on an emty stomach and needed full force and stamina.

Looking good Sil. Agree with eating less, at 64 it definitely agrees with me, but you sure won’t get any bulk.
Going on my 4th month of fasted morning workouts & my body has long adjusted. Not getting massive pumps like if I carbed up 2-3 hours prior, but it’s working.

what type snacks u eat during day? OMAD is not horrible but i need to have snacks
U cant.
U will loose muscles because the snack will degrade your GHproduction, and it will also fuck up your insulinlevels.
If u must, eat snack in the window 3 hours after the big OMADmeal.
If stil problematic, run keto for 3 weeks and learn the body to use fat as energy, not only carbs.
And always train in a fasted state. Eat the big omad after wo.
But u migth wanna have some bone broth 3 hours before the omad to avoid diareA.
