Dont be afraid to step down. One of my mistakes. I was always 100%. Its surprisingly how little effort one need to keep most of the natty it, if diett is ok.
Now i just hit the gym sundays. And the rest of the week i do 5-6 sets 3-4 days at home. Thats is.
I feel like the Hulk. Ready to explode when i start gearing again and adds sets and poundages. Didnt feel that before.
