Hometraining, incline and decline barbell press, barbercurls and a little shoulders.

I will update this regularly and if i am the only one who goes monster thats is perfectly fine with me!!

Feel free to ask what`s my take on getting big. Ive been around longer than anybody else almost so i know what it takes.
And as u can see, my chest is improving. That mk677 heals broken fibers and i can chestpush 95% now without pain.

That Dungeon is oldschool. A has been. Boring. It was great ofcourse. With all that posts. But i feel its time for improvements. And the socalled leader in the dungeon. When was the last time he actually gave a serious drug/training advice??....he is just a bottle of puke.
