I surpassed that milestone last week....by 8lbs. On top of that I've gained another 4lbs this past week.![]()
I am currently 6'3 and 250 at 16&BF. I havn't started to focus on building mass, I have been trying to maintain more than anything. I have been training naturally for 10 years. I only imagine the sun I could block if I ever do a cycle.

Damn CAP where is the pic. im 6'1 201lbs the most I have weighted is 225 going to get past that within the next year hopefully.
I attribute my size to working in restaurants for years. The biggest probelm that people have is access to food. When I first started traing I would eat 4-5 meals during a shift and not that fast food crap either. I would suggest it to any young bodybuilder.

240 right now, about 15lbs over my best ever, and also much more "quaitly" look now. Was stuck at 225-227 for 9 months or so, added some extra meal and shake ED and push me over sticking point.
I'm at it right now.
I am about 5lbs over my peak but thats a lot of fat so actually in muscle I am probably about 15lbs under my best weight
most i've weighed was 245, currently at about 238 getting ready to cycle again soon.
Way off ...... But a good thing ...
I like a leaner look ..... but weight goes up 1st week in january ..... time to get some more bigness ....
Most I have been is 233lbs curently at 226lbs.
But I want to be 240-245lbs....I'm 6'2" so I can easily handle the weight.
I will be hitting a cycle sometime after the new year!

I haven't used AS, but I know I lost 2-5 pounds since exam time because I wasnt eating properly or going to the gym on a regular basis.![]()
Iam 5'10" hanging around 265 right now at 12% BF. 5 years ago I weighed 290 Lbs at 20% BF, a little chunky and it was hard to even walk up a flight of stairs without stopping in the middle to catch my breath. Would like to get up to 270 before I start dieting again.
Everyone seems to be trying to get bigger. I have weighed 345 at 5-10. bf was probably in the upper 45% range. Four years ago I lost down to 220 at 12-15% bf. Personal circumstances took me out of the gym for 2 years and I climbed back upto 310. In August of this year, I went back to the gym. I am back down to 245 working to get to 220 @ about 10-12% bf by end of May.
