    Bed time ritual? what's yours?

    This is mine.
drink a casein shake, take my ancillaries if i'm on cycle, let the dogs out to take a piss, shut everything off, take melatonin, request sex from wife (my ruka.) if denied masturbate. during the week i try to hit the rack at, or before 10pm. during the weekend it gets iffy. i wish i could consistently go to bed early by at least one hr every day. ... tisk tisk. shame on me.

    so what's your routine?

Pack salad, wash face, brush teeth, select clothes, sometimes iron ( but mostly in am).

I packed my gym bag as soon as I get home so that's already done.

Some nights I'll wash and flat iron my hair cuz NO TIME in morning.

Cuz I don't have the spare paper to buy any casein lol. Otherwise I would. Instead I drink some milk with my peanut butter. Milk is mainly casein

Once a week I do derma needling. Takes about 30 minutes and I feel like I've been to a spa. It's lovely.

For the guys, think aerating a lawn...

No just stabbing my face, neck and décolletage with tiny needles twice a week. Ppl pay big bucks for this!!! It works by regenerating collagen. It only draws a little blood. Lol

No sir. No money from Uncle Sam.
SFAS is a program that you sign up for and bypass the once long awaited selection. Instead you get extra benifets and skip basic training and they put you right into GREEN BERET training, or I'm sure if you don't meet them standards they will give you a ranger patch if you qualify.
So my focus and goal is to be as efficient as possible before I actually enter the green beret program. Till then I'm conditioning. lol I was. I got into some trouble so now I'm easing back into my training. Considering a cycle to help me reach that performance sooner. Yessir
I would definitely have gone for MArine recon is I was eligible still. Think cut off is 29 Unless your transfering from another military branch etc.
was in the marines when i was 17. From a delayed entry program.
    Frikin 30 now brother...smh lol

i feel you. it's not easy once someone/a group is out to get you, or when the electric eye begins watching you very closely. it's not so much those snitches that will get you as it is those jealous/threatened/anything to win individuals manipulating stupid "leaders" who don't know shit from shine-ola. A real man/leader leads with his character NOT his rank. then again if one isn't doing anything wrong then one has nothing to hide. i play the part of a nerdy guy that loves his dogs and wife. in some respects that's mostly true, but that's not all of me. i have many faces.

kissing ass and subjugation of oneself is very useful. flattery can get you anywhere. call me a yes man, pussy, or whatever. i don't care. in the end i get what i want, but all those haters have left is their stupid ego. sometimes though, throwing it all away is better than putting up with shit and ive gone their too. oh I've gone their. and i'll go their again if i have to. i listen to myself mostly these days because it works the best. i always go my own way.

"It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it." - Aristotle.
doing, or saying is not always believing. it does what it's told. mostly
