2012 / 161lbs all natural
2014 / 205lbs messing with orals (no test bass)
Jan 2016 / 184lbs just started working out again after 2 years of nothing, but casual workouts and eating terribly.
Recomp and first real cycle 188lb
who can beat 161lbs - 188lbs? i know there are guys here that have done a lot more in less time. show the transformations.
