    My New Favorite YouTube Channel - My Fitness Girls

    My Fitness Girls

    I kind of feel weird about watching girls workout but it's impossible not to binge watch these videos.



    Any women that stumble across this post and want to incorporate these exercises into their routine should know that the women in these videos are professional competitors and a lot of the movements they do are for advanced lifters.

    It's just my TRT not working as it should, nothing special. I used to be horny all the time, but after some years of no functioning I just got accustomed. Though, things are improving. I'm not getting that "repulsion" feeling anymore. Yes, that's an actual improvement. I also need not to crush my estro, that gives me gay fantasies, how weird.

    I'm almost out of Test, just one week left, and not worried at all about it...
    Im almost through a cycle and I'm wondering how the hell I'm gonna get the determination to take a break for pct and let my levels return to normal.

    Wow that's impressive!

    My favorite is Cassandra Martin.

    She does all classic lifts but has a similar physique to the women that to do mostly cable work.

    Plus I have a thing for petite women lol.

    Depends on your goals and your current state of development.

    I usually do one ab movement at the beginning of every workout as a warmup then one 60 minute session of just abs every 5th workout.

    Thanks for your input. I normally do planks and crunches on a ball to work up but not a devoted session. I think I need to do more.

    Personally I find planks worthless for developing separation. I think they're purely a toning exercise.

    You should try and incorporate a twisting motion in all of your ab movements. Twisting will work your inner abs and make your waist smaller.

    They're some great ab routines under the My Fitness Girls channel. Rob Riches has the best ab videos I've seen on YouTube.
