If you look at this from my point of view she broke her vow(ELS) when she stopped having sex and withholding sex. When we got married a huge part of that union is sex and intimacy. When you get married you are agreeing to be intimate with each other and not doing so is breaking those vows.

She won't talk to a marriage counsellor no matter what. Last year I actually went to one on a regular basis ALONE to try to fix things because she wouldn't go. He would give me great advice and when I would recommend doing some of these things she would respond "what did your crazy doctor tell you to do this?" Needless to say I stopped going.
