    Acne on back.

    Hey i'm not sure if i post this thread at the right section My issue is that i get acne time by time and on my back, it's not that bad but i would like them to stay away from me.

    Do you guys have any advice for me ? Thanks

    I get it bad on cycle. When I was a little younger I had it worse. I would say its normal hormones. Only thing i have found that helps is showering twice a day and having my girlfriend scrub it with a loofa. I have been breaking out bad lately.

    I'm not sure why but if I use the tanning beds at the gym every few days it helps to clear mine up.

    anything to dry it out, I use benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, depends on your skin type..

    and yes, tanning bed helps a lot, again drying it out

    Regular lemon scented Dawn dish soap is a godsend for bacne, besides accutane of course.

    Hormone imbalance, go and see your doc. Same applys if on cycle if that's what you are referring to. If you don't want to go see the doc (no aas use lol) then try tanning and anti bac soap.

    If all that fails get accutane.

    Shower with a brush that can reach your back.This really helps clean the pours.
