    Silabolin`s 2017 badass tip #1, Cranberry

    Yo, in these series i will give you my best shots from all aspects.
    And i will try to focus on updated personall info. That is, what i feel now, not 6 months ago.

    And one more thing, i will not push the next tip. If i really cant come up with something, i will wait.

    So, the first tip in these new Silabolin series, i will give you one of my favourites as we speek.
    It has already helped me and somehow it really helps me to cling on to my SBCgaines and boost my workoutguts naturally.

    Yeah...why the fuck do i do this...smartass?..mother theresa?..no...its selfeducating and critics will only help me. And others.

    Here we go, mix 10 dl Cranberryjuice and 20 grams bcaa. Drink evenly during workouts. For me max 3 workouts a week.

    Benefits:

    Cranberries are marvelous for your blood, cholestrol and generall health.

    Carbs from cranberries are what you need when u train hard. Its keeps me going more than any other workoutcarbs. Grapejuice is the only alternative but drink 10 dl of grapes and see what happens.....u will be lucky if u reach back home without shitting your pants:-(

    Cranberryjuice doesnt hurt your stomach.

    That mix contains 110 gs of carbs, not 30-40 as many of the other fake drinks that they sell.

    Its all naturall, not made by any dogshit moneysucking companies.

    The antioxidants in cranberry will help u recover much more faster, amazing i think. I feel a BIG difference in muscle healing w/wo this mix.

    BCAAs help u start anabolism as u train and prevent muscleloss.

    Doing this i feel wheyprotein tend to be not so important, u just start eating chicken and rice after workouts.

    This mix will not fill u up.

    And u can also skip your preworkout whey drink so u dont have to show up pregnant.

    I can't imagine replacing a powdered intra workout drink with cranberry juice being a bad thing. I think I'll try that out next time I need an intra workout carb drink added to my diet but I feel that 20g of BCAA is a bit overkill if your diet is on point already. Ill be trying your formula but at half the dose. Thanks for the tip Sil

    When u do 20 g as i said u can skip the pre and post wheydrink if you are eating correct.

    I know what silabolin's job is. Being in the top 99.9 percentile of muscle mass. Something this guy did worked. I got twenty years to try out his suggestions. What was the drink you made when you were sick? Wasnt it pommegranate and glutamine and something else?

    No. Dont remember. It didnt work anyway.
    But pomegranate is maybe even more healthy than cranberries.
    But there is a problem. 10 dl and you may shit your panties if you squat and fart at the end of your workout.
    If not i probably would have switched beetween cranberriyjuice and pomegranatejuice.
    But u could add glutamin to the mix. But the body makes glutamine so maybe its not that important.

    Noted. If I shit myself diring squats there would be a possibility of anal herniation. I do not fuck around during squats.

    You know,I actually was drinking a pom/cran mix from the store. Some organic company,all natural but expensive.
    Thinking about it,workout was pretty good.
    Good juice too,no added sugar.

    There u go....but i guess that was only 5 dl. That is too little. 90 min with weigths require 10 dl. And add in the bcaas. Thats is very important. To make sure your extra fire wont burn musclecells.

    Expensive yes, but u only need it 3 times a week. During your top 3 workouts. At home u can get away with cheaper fruitjuices.
    Especially important for steroidusers. It drains your veins and arteries like no other and work on that cholestrol of yours stopping stroke and heartattach.

    Hey nach half the guys you just named I am as big as. Other than kel, marcus and bg they weigh like 210. Have you taken a walk down the street lately? I am in the 99.9 percentile. Fuck 70% of americans are fucking obese! The people in the dungeon that impress me are kel, bg, and marcus. I dont hang out there much because there is too much sensitivity there.     I drank the whole thing which came out to 32 ounces or about 10 dl. Total carb intake was about 128 grams I believe.
    I usually stick to whole fruit and oats before .
    Gonna do the drink again and let you know the results for sure. Hope it wont be placebo. But I am sure it's not.
