Cranberries are marvelous for your blood, cholestrol and generall health.
Carbs from cranberries are what you need when u train hard. Its keeps me going more than any other workoutcarbs. Grapejuice is the only alternative but drink 10 dl of grapes and see what happens.....u will be lucky if u reach back home without shitting your pants:-(
Cranberryjuice doesnt hurt your stomach.
That mix contains 110 gs of carbs, not 30-40 as many of the other fake drinks that they sell.
