Why do trans people legally get to use steroids

I was watching some videos about female to male transitions and it occured to me that these people are shooting steroids to look more manly. Now, the whole reason behind this trend is because they say they feel like they are in the wrong body. What if a 120lb guy decides hes in the wrong body and hes meant to be a 240lb guy? Shouldnt he be allowed to get testosterone with no questions asked like these people do when they decide to become a guy? Where do we draw the line. I know this is touchy im not trying to bash the trans community i just think its a double standard that ATHLETES get ridiculed for wanting to be the biggest and best they can possibly be, but when someone doesnt want tits anymore they get a medal and everyone tells them how brave they are.

How? I am not an american so i am not 100% up to date with the history of the usa so correct me if i am wrong. So here goes on my take on usa history.

before the USA exsisted as a country there was tribes of hunter gather type people in the land. Then along came the british into the new world. and under the laws of the day the indians where not classed as people and had no title deads to the land, not to mention the indiands where not a unified soveign state so the land was unclaimed and free for taking. So the british created colonies that eventually broke away from britian and created the USA. They expanded west bought alaska off russia and another place from france. So the whole concept of the USA has nothing to do with indians. They did nothing in creating the country. They may have been on the land first but the usa as we know it today was created by seatlers from britian.
