Thoughts on physique, thoughts on going on gear.
Hey, I'm 20 years old and have been training for about 3-4 years, the first couple years weren't very serious and I never paid attention to dieting lol. When I first started I was 130lbs, I got up to 209lbs towards the end of this summer, thats when I knew it was time to cut for the first time and get lean. I feel like I have pretty mediocre genetics when it comes to bodybuilding. Anyways I've been cutting for 16 weeks now, and I'm down to 178lbs, looking for thoughts on my physique and what I need to improve and some suggestions. Also for the people who are well educated, have I built a solid enough base to go on gear? Also for those who have a good idea what would you say my bf% is? Looking for constructive criticism, I have thick skin, just looking to improve and gain knowledge, thanks

Training for 3-4 years but the first couple of years you where not serious?. So you have only been training for a year or so then?
You are still a few years too young and to be honest you need a few more years of good training and good eating to build a solid base. Whats your training and eating like?

6'0. Training 5-6 days a week, right now my macros are 210p 170c 55f, also doing cardio 4 days a week.

Well at that height you should be able to get to about 100kg natuarl while lean.

Another 4-5 years in the gym then you should be ready for a cycle

What are your goals? What are you training for? If you just want to be a massive bloke then you need to eat like a dog but still clean and train everything so you are proportioned.

Goal is definitely aesthetics, I only want to be big if I'm lean, I got up to 214lbs at one point but I looked like shit because of how much fat I gained. Training split is Chest/Tri Back/Bi Legs Shoulders/Arms Chest/Back Rest Shoulders.

You are coming along very good but you are still very young where you can do serious damage too your endo system.Please read the Young and steroids thread.This will help you better understand.And in the mean time work on your diet.Hit or diet section and they will help you out.And continue too build a soild base off which you can build.
