Hey, I'm 20 years old and have been training for about 3-4 years, the first couple years weren't very serious and I never paid attention to dieting lol. When I first started I was 130lbs, I got up to 209lbs towards the end of this summer, thats when I knew it was time to cut for the first time and get lean. I feel like I have pretty mediocre genetics when it comes to bodybuilding. Anyways I've been cutting for 16 weeks now, and I'm down to 178lbs, looking for thoughts on my physique and what I need to improve and some suggestions. Also for the people who are well educated, have I built a solid enough base to go on gear? Also for those who have a good idea what would you say my bf% is?
