It's a must bro!give your body a breather it also helps reduce sides ..the buildup will def promote muscle growth but it's hard on you..Iam not exactly sure how ace builds up since it is a short ester but I def feel it!!

Kel has really low bodyfat I sit between 12-15 percent I love to eat ..I eat clean but a lot and I enjoy it..don't ever plan on doing a show I just love the lifestyle it's good for me..wanting to train in the morning makes me eat good stay away from drugs alcohol and trouble the discipline is good for me and I LOVE to train..give me the rush that hustling and drugs used too..I'll get down to 10 percent this summer so I'll look good at the beach but it's cold as hell were iam st now not sweating it have a good night everyone off to work

Pretty smart. I set my phone on selfie mode and use timer function and always wind up atvan angle I dont like.

Yes, its very aggravating to do. Especially when you arent carrying alot of lean mass lol so you gotta get the right angle.

In other news... my calves are starting to come around. They are becoming proportional for the first time in my life. Thank god for this competition, I will actually be able to wear shorts for the first time in my life this summer. Feeling huge, I have never felt like this. I wake up and feel the extra all over. I hope your lives are going great cape and nach. Its been a real good couple of weeks for me and I hope you guys got something similar too.
