Worked bad today. Top downed two big fucking trees alone and hauled them out. When my days are bad My body cramps. It is inevitable from pushing too hard too long. Today my upper leg cramped so bad on the way home I pulled off the road and sat till it went away. Bet I lost a percent bodyfat today... It was bad but I beat the storm coming. Goodnight everyone
Looks like you just went after a number on the scale OBS?!?! 217 doesn't translate to bigger or most improved tbh... gut took on some water or fat? I'm asking... and the sooner you realize the above you'll be in a better place to put on LBM w/out the fat gain or water retention - just giving my .02 to help you in the future - but I'm not taking anything away from what you did...

If I was you, if run that eca stack for all,its worth, and knock those caps back big time, if you can take 10 lbs off in the next 10, you'll look DAMN good.
Cape, cut a bit too, all the mass any of you can gain, personally feel can't increase much in the next 10 days, but you can sure all try and dry out some

I agree in drying out - but in regards to the poses(due to shoulder mobility I can't even make a muscle with my R arm unless its side chest) no front or back double... rear lat spread etc is gtg however, we need to compare our first pics moreso than anything then maybe some poses?! Idk but after putting this tissue on I won't lose it and I'm TRT so that's a big plus... just coming back from my 6th or 7th hernia surgery, too...

No comparison. The shapes of the muscles even changed. The only fat or water i put on was in my stomach and it wasnt much. I picked up new veins up top. Tighter and more defined means jack if there is nothing there. My delt is wider than my head now. I had to loose clothes that dont fit because my traps got too big shirts were getting too short. My weight didnt go up immensely but I put on a lot of size and shape.
