Its gonna get cold again in Missouri but the break has been welcomed. I have way too much south in my genes and I don't do winter well at all. I love spring and summer. I have been wearing a Tshirt all weekend and today! Every time you get a warm spell like this all the pretty girls come out and air it out! Wooohoooo!

Example. I did this today in less than 30 min
Hammer Strength shrugs
1 warm 3 working. R/P Failure
DB side laterals. 3 working. I would hold at the top until gravity took over.
Then I fought the negative the whole way down. R/P to failure
BB Front Raises on incline bench
2 working failure
DB rear delt Raises
3 working to failure
Seated cable Military presses
3 working r/p failure

Dude. That's what I do now..all my stuff I post I do in 1 hour. Usually 1.5 hours max if it's legs or back. Note: I hit muscle groups with a barrage of exercises from all angles while taking min rest between sets (30-60seconds). No way I can get anything done other then a bicep plus abs n calf day or a triceps plus abs n calfs day (wht i do on my off days) done in 30 min lol. Im to hardcore . I heard Arnold use to be in the gym straight breaking down fibers for 3 hours cuz he was on cycle

I did chest today in about 35-40min I take 15/30sec in between working sets if 2 if not it's 1working set to true pisituve failure then my drop sets with zero break - I push for 30sec in between movements while on... sometimes after a head ringer and eye ball shaking sets I need a minute lol
