Start Date April 16
End Date. July 10

12 weeks of greatness for some. Failure for others.

This will be most improved. That means you can bulk. You can cut. Or you can Recomp. Whatever will improve you at this time the most.

Classes Inhansed and Natural

We will be posing all info in the Sub form Most Improved shortly explaining it in more in detail. This should allow for a short prime if needed before the start Date.

We are excited about this and hope you all are as well. You aren't just competing against yourself but others as well. Get your shit straight and your mind right.
