Competition Categories/Type

Most Improved - This is a subjective title. However judging is done independently of the competition organizers. You can cut, you can bulk, you can recomposition, you can do whatever you like. The judges will only be comparing initial with final images. Much like boxing or MMA, if you want to win, you need to win convincingly. If you let it get close between you and others, then you cannot complain at the judges decision.

Judges decision is final.

That being said, this is all for FUN.

How many people per comp are we looking at? Ideally?... and I'm sure they're going to be more than 3 members when we do say a BBing comp and some will stay some will pull out as we know...

So far we have 8 that have submitted their information, and 10 names put forward. I think we'll not want them to become unweildy (20-30members) but upto 15 or so should be easy enough to organize.

with this much enthusiasm maybe ill wait till the next one...I can tell you we will be lucky to have 4 finish...that's why when there are less people there is more attention and focus on the competitor's and more pressure on them to see it through...I could be wrong but history has shown us in the past...any ways let me think about this I thought we would be lucky to have 4 let alone 8...I would cap it at 10 at least...

One week from tomorrow we need pics posted. Here's a heads up on what the pics will be. So practice hitting these shots. If you don't know them look them up.
All full body pictures.

1) Front double Bicep.
2) Best side chest
3) Rear Lat spread
4) Best side tricep
5) Most Muscular

These will be the exact same poses for final pics.

You will be given a word the day before pics are due. This word has to be in your pictures.

there dropping like fly's gentleman...shit guys, I just finished a blast, just found out my kid is flunking school so I need to be extra involved there and I'm knee deep in shit at work, the threat of being fired any day is eminent...yet I'm still here and willing to do this because through all the tough times there is always my training that's what keeps me going and gives me hope the everything will work out... but if everyone drops out what's the point...regardless i will still train like my life depends on it...because to be honest, it dose...

Worst that can happen is that I lose,
and this is most improved so that shouldn't scare anyone.
But best thing that can happen is that it motivates me and gets me further than before, whether I win or not.

exactly brother I'm in this to get another comp going this is really for everyone else not for me to win, just participate...that said I train tenaciously and with a partner the last 7 yrs so this is just another day for me...im hoping to motivate others because I don't need this to motivate me like I said in a thread earlier this is what I do for fun I'm a sick mother fucker...that said if you beat me you will have earned some bragging rights because I don't let up, I will see it through and I will improve...don't be afraid people this is suppose to be fun...now is the time though to see who is really in this so step up folks, I'm staff here this is really about you...

I'd love to be a part of this boys but I'm 10 weeks into my cycle..... I have made amazing gains but I am starting to level off. I am going to be coming off in 4 weeks and starting my trt dose. There's not a chance of me getting much bigger at this point and now would be a foolish time to cut so I'm kind of stuck.
