Wassgood fam, so il get right into it im 18 and iv been training seriously for 1 year and dieting seriously for a few months now .everything is going well and iv been around the gym for about 3 years altogehter im quite familiar with workouts and form is good etc ,i use to go with my brother but i would just bless the gym with my presence .... god i wish i continued when i was like 15...
so iv made good gains i went from weighing 66 to 71 kgs im sitting at 71kgs at the moment
iv made a decision to jump on gear
currently i could only get my hands on test prop so i will be running that
i got 2 vials of test prop and will be using clomid for pct
planning to run cycle 8 to 12 weeks
1ml a week (250mg) .... i know this is a low dose but i want to start low because what will i have to do in the future if i start high now...
so my question is how much do i jab each day if i do 1ml?? is this too low would i need do higher the dose to 2ml?
im only looking to gain about 5-8 kgs
in regards to pct i was told i take a pill of clomid everyday whilst im on cycle and then when i get off i take it for 20 days then i can stop
i will be having a strict diet whilst im doing this
First things in morning ->
10 caps Aminos
20gm Glutamine
Meal 1:
150gm Oats + 1 scoop of Isolate Protein
Meal 2:
200gm Steak or beef mince + 200gm Kumara + 1/2 Avocado
Meal 3:
200gm Chciken + 200gm kumara + 2 caps Mega no2
Meal 4:
100gm Oats + 1 scoop of Isolate protein
Pretraining:
2 caps Mega no2
1 scoop creatine 10gm
1 scoop pre workout
10gm Glutamine
2 caps L-carnitine
Post workout
2 scoop of protein
4 caps Bcaas
10m Glutamine
Meal 5: 30 mins after post workout
200gm Steak or beef mince + 200gm mix Veges
Meal 6:
10 Egg whites + 2 scoops of casein + 10 Almonds
Before Bed:
1 scoop protein
10 caps Aminos
10 glutamine
please can i have some on advice on my cycle and pct?
