    The last few times I've seen him give advice he's been critical of bad cycles... I can't speak of anything he has said before because I don't know.

    There is usually a monitor or a vet correcting wrong information also if I am correct.

    He is critical of heavy amounts which is smart but then trys to bash the use of hcg and pct.

    He also gives badass tips on things like: eat a shit ton of rice and cranberries.

    Actually restaurants are allowed.
    It doesn't make much sense.

    It's just those things that are really a hassle that are not open that ain't open.
    Like the liquor store. Closed.
    Only way to get alcohol is at a pub (many of which have reduced opening hours today) or a restaurant, and 10USD for 0,5L of beer is quite common, not even the most expensive.
    Which is why people in Scandinavia get shit faced drunk before they go out,
    to fool themselves into thinking that's cheaper but it just means they have zero filter when it comes to buying stuff in the pub.
    I'm gonna go through Netflix, HBO and Viaplay afterwards.
    Find some shit to watch.
