Strength Wars
Anyone watch these? Pretty cool.
This one in particular stood out.
The bigger guy is a little disadvantaged (injury) but the little dude is incredibly strong for his size.https://youtu.be/cPqfojrVEj8

THat was great. I subscribed. I wonder if there is anything to what they were saying abut the disadvantage of being bigger? I'm thinking of crossfit but I just thought that smaller size in that realm was about leverage and injury prevention.

There are definite disadvantages in being bigger.
The amout of reps affects me totally different than it did before I put on 40lb.
You tire out quicker. For example watch a video of ron coleman walking and out of breath from it.
I was installing a new trailer brake controller in my truck the other day and realized I was breating heavy as hell and my arms were aching from being in a wierd position performing high rep calisthenics with a screwdriver.
It wouldn't have bothered me in the least pre muscle gain.
I think what they were saying was proven in the video. The big guy could probably mash the little guy in a max contest but high reps turns into a smaller guys game.
