What's your main protein or favorite protein for on cycle and why

Because I am a avid and obsessed whitetail hunter venison is my favorite choice for mean lean protein . I harvest enough venison every year for all my family's red meat requirements and my gluteness food prep while I'm in the gym. And for more then one reason . Whitetail deer is one of USA's largest natural sustainable resource , on top of being lean and exceptionally flavorful . I can go on and on for the pros for choosing to harvest whitetail deer as far as health , economy etc etc . As I know the gym is church for most of you on the forum the woods is were I find my peace and serenity .

I will trade Florida Shrimp, fresh from the ocean, never frozen (beautiful rainbow and translucence) for venison. I also get any saltwater (Atlantic-Florida) fish.
I favor fish and shelfish the most but I also like lamb and goat, a lot.

90% of all my protein is either wild game(deer, elk, pheasant) I harvested or fish that I have caught. The eggs, chicken and beef are from a small local farmer.

Chicken, eggs, fish. I'll occasionally have some venison... friend of mine is an avid hunter and will bring me some from time to time.

Farm bought beef (I live in cattle country), Elk, Deer, Moose, salmon, tuna, And when I can get out fishing I go for Pickerel & Northern Pike
Mostly Beef, Elk & Deer though.
My freezers always have about 2 species of Wild game and 1 beef in them.

Two of my most favourite proteins are insulin and growth hormone lol. Protein food source I'd go with chicken, turkey and beef.

Protein intake should be a constant. I don't have a go to protein source when on cycle vs off cycle.

I feel it's best to move around the spectrum of available meats and not hold strictly to one.

We are at 150$ for everything so it's about the same except for much better quality. I'm going to have my wife check about grass fed.

My diet is pretty much the same year round... My metabolism slowed a lot after I turned 40 so my caloric needs are nowhere near what they used to be.. I am 52 now... I don't eat much red meat maybe once every other week but I eat a lot of chicken and fish.... If I want more protein or just for snacking I usually eat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt... On cycle I actually play with my carbs more than anything and eat a lot more... My favorite protein shake is Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard whey...
