I see this happening alot.
I admit there are some trolls that post just to stir things up but some of the new members basic questions are legit.
Sometimes we forget that we all started out knowing nothing about this lifestyle.

I also agree, we should either make the age minimum 25 or recognize that 80% of steroid users at any one time are college age males between the ages of 18-22. Most of those guys do between 1-3 cycles then move on to the next cliche thing. Those fly by night users will do what they want and no advise will get through to them. Usually those are the guys that post once about there Spring Break Pussy Crushing cycle of Winny and Var, then never come back. Or argue with you about the sound advise you gave them. Then there is the young 22 year old dude that wants it to be their lifestyle. That's who we should recognize and guide regardless if the are 25 or not.

If we didn't beat up the 22 year old so bad that wants the gym and anabolics to be part of his lifestyle we wouldn't lose him to another board.

I like what a number of Vets and HOF's do when they post up the Young and Steroids links and other educational material. And basically say hey, please make an informed decision. AAS isn't a trivial thing, if you read all this and still want to pursue it. I'll show you where to find the resources to do this in the safest and most effective manner.

Brother that post wasn't in reference to our post earlier just so we are clear . And I'm not a big dude to begin with and I'm fine with that , and even at 165 I'm pretty well perportioned id like to think . You see when you speak kindly and not abrasive, it makes them like you. When you simply dryly state fact it doesn't help much either. Most people want a coversation and not a dictionary.

Well a lot of the stuff people come here to learn about is a grey area in most people's lives . For some it can be kind of hard to know were to start . It's much more gratifying to try and point them in the right direction . You have to think of guys that are green to the game as baby's , and baby's need to be taught how to take baby steps . There was a gentleman on here 8 or 10 years ago when I was originally a member . He never used steroids and never planned on it . He was here for diet and exercise info and was a big supportive member for all that posted . He inenvertanly impacted my life by just being a solid guy . He beat brain cancer one time around and afterwards he got back into great shape naturally and strived to be the best he could be . I remember him being a Christian fella who never negatively judged anyone and was always handing out great advice . Well his cancer returned and it escalated very fast and he past away . But he made sure to tell his wife to come onto the forum and thank everyone for just simply being human beings . Moral of the story is go out of your way to be a teacher and guide those in need of direction . If I remember correctly I think his name was mulva or something to that effect . And for some reason I remember all that went on that time pretty vividly . Does anyone remember what his name was ?

And, I know I'm guilty of letting loose the frustration that builds up in me seeing how these kids are.
-It was probably the same for the old guy seeing me years ago but somehow it is a little different.
They are much softer, fragile of ego, entitled, and self-centered.
Maybe its because our generation was so small that the baby boomers sucked all of the air out of the room?
-Anyhow, I am going to try harder not to share my values when I know the other person can't learn from it.

-However, it is possible that some just need to be steered in the way that many of the aforementioned vets and HOFs do. "First Cycle Thread." "AIs thread etc. I wouldn't like it if I was treated poorly because I asked a question wrong or used a tone that was developed in other forums.
-Just because young people are stupid doesn't mean that wiser people shouldn't treat them with grace. Perhaps that's an opportunity for growth for me?
