potassium is another issue to concern yourself with , not just blood glucose, when using exogenous insulin

nutrient delivery to the muscle cells . thats why I run slin pre and post workout and take in intra workout nutrition (carbs, essential amino acids, creatine). the slin is going to drive all those nutrients into the muscle cells, pump you up, as well as help them recover much faster

Rolled my ankle today carrying a 200lb piece of stump. I refuse to deadlift or do squats and risk further damage so i will wait and hope it gets better quick.
Quads tonight became chest and back. I hope to hell I don't get hurt anytime soon and cant lift. It will destroy me.

Ankle is pretty bad today. Hopits nothing serious. I will take the week off from working out standing. Hopefully its good by then. Stepped on uneven asphalt while buying a couple of small things for the lady today. It hurt like holy hell.
I need insurance. My ass would be getting xrayed.

Messing around after workout. Three weeks off tren
Never ceases to amaze me how knowing how to bench properly improved me. All the AAS n the world won't mean a thing unless you know what you are doing.
I was four sets into decline bench tonight and I felt my failing rep come early. I thought, "wth your form is faltering, tuck those elbows" and I busted out two more reps.Last edited by Obs; 12-22-2017 at 09:38 PM.

Tried squats tonight ankle has me gunshy was warming up and got to 350lb and not only my ankle, but my knee also said "no".
Tried light deadlifts at 350 and realized I am taking the night off.
Feel like shit about it.
