Going to start a new 4 week push pull blast.

Went in today and did a push. Started off with legs then bench and so on. Had a lot of troubles cramping so I cut it short. Going to hit more fluids and do my Pull tomorrow.

That sounds pretty brutal. I’d be lucky if cramping was all I experienced.

Are you planning to do your push pulls on the same day? That works pretty good for me, except chest/back day, that'll beat you down!

Oh ok. The typical push pull I'm use to works them on the same day. I'll even superset them, like I'll do preacher curl, then rope pulls. Straight bar curl, then dips. Hammer curl, then overhead tri extentions and so on. I don't superset the bigger muscle groups

Started my Full Body Push Pull routine for the next4-5 weeks.

Yesterday’s workout: all exercises are supersets

    Squats 5x10
    DB sumo squat 5x15

    Bench press: 5x15
    DB incline press: 5x10

    Face pulls 4x20
    Vertical Press: 4x20

    Calf raises 4x20
    Donkey calf: 4x20

    Front raises: 4x20
    Tri extension: 4x20

    Finished with Leg Press: 4x20

    Comments:
This is my Third workout and I can honestly say I’m very sore. I just got off of a deload, so my body is well rested. Today there isn’t a spot on my body that isn’t sore. Lol other weeks workouts were pretty similar on volume and setup. Pull Day today, keep y’all updated.

Got part of my workout in today.

    Deadlift 5x15
    GHD 5x10

    Single arm seated row 5x15
    Last pull downs 5x10

Cut my workout off early. Got a disc in my neck that’s not happy and the rows really aggravated it. Plus I’m sore as shit everywhere from the full body workouts...lol

Tonight I fully start my next phase.

Next 4 weeks I’m going to do a full body Push/Pull.
Legs every workout, higher reps and cooldown cardio at the end.

I’m going to be using MK677 along with my HRT. My doc is titrating my dose up a bit, hopefully that with MK677 will give me a good boost.

I've been running MK677 off and on for a couple years.. after only 2 days of being on it you'll feel like your on a 4iu dose of HGH. yes its that effective.
    couple things of note-
    - buy a blood glucose monitor and track your fasted blood sugar. being MK has such a long half life it will make you insulin resistant and put you into diabetic ranges of fasted blood sugar fairly quick. you can run Metformin while on it and that will help.
    - Be prepared to be lethargic
    - Be prepared to have a very strong appetite (as MK is Ghrelin derived)
    - take your 15mg dose in a fasted state and with 5mg of Melatonin. the Melatonin sensitizes your pituitary to pulse GH. the fasted state will allow for a pulse of GH much sooner then if not in a fasted state

Thanks for the info, I’ve been researching it for probably a year now. I hadn’t seen anything about melatonin. Thanks for the advice! I hope what I got is good stuff. I got it from peptide warehouse. Everything else seems legit from them and I asked around a bit and seemed good to go. We shall see.

Melatonin during the day? that doesn't sound fun. how does this effect ones normal sleep patterns if none is taking it during the day?

most guys dose their MK at night before bed.. that way you can go a good 8 hours without eating (as elevated blood sugar will blunt GH release).
the Melatonin is NOT for the sleep benefit, it also works as a Pituitary sensitizer (it'll make MK work better).. some MK677 formulas actually have Melatonin in them, just because it makes MK work that much better

HGH itself makes you lethargic .. if your running say 4iu of generic chinese HGH and you don't get lethargic from it then its likely bunk.
lethargic and hungry all the time are two prominent side effects of HGH . of course after awhile you get used to it and it does not effect you as much. but the first month or so of HGH use those are sides you should def notice

Great info. Thanks Gear. I have no experience with GH so that info can indeed help in establishing whether or not your product is bunk. Thanks again Brother!

I suppose if you want GERD, heartburn, and indigestion.. eating before bed is not good for digestion. its best to eat your last meal about an hour before going to bed

that's what i mean, an hour or so before bed would not be fasted. you said most take it in a fasted state which that would not be.

just wondering if i am missing something, as i will have to do some research on this.

    thanks

blood sugar from a meal generally starts dropping around 1.5-2 hours after the meal.. so if you have not ate in an hour or so, and your going to sleep and not eat for another 8 hours or so, its a good time to take it. Glucose metabolism and GH release are tied together. If you take the MK 1 hour after a meal and before bed, the MK will take about 45-60 mins to kick in. This should put you right around the time when your blood sugar levels are dropping. And thus give you a good 8+ hours to pulse GH without elevated blood sugar blunting it

GH and Insulin /blood sugar are antagonist to each other. Meaning that when one is high the other is low and vice versa and that one blunts the effects of the other (at the cellular level . eg., when HGH is bound to the receptor that cell becomes insulin resistant and will blunt the effects of it)

how is the knee holding up?
Knee feels pretty good. I tried to do ultra deep squats last night and that was a bit of a no no.

Other than a disc in my neck that’s a bit cranky I feel really good. The neck is getting better, did a ton of painting and overhead work a few weeks back and got some numbness and tingling down the right arm. Doing much better, went and got some treatments that’s helped it along greatly.

Very hard workout, I was so spent the entire time. I could have gone home after the deadlifts. Can’t wait until my MK677 comes in to see what kind of boost it gives me.

    Bi’s/Tri’s

    Bi’s
    4 sets bb curls

    3 sets incline db curls

    3 sets concentration curls

    3 sets db hammer curls

    Tri’s
    Super set
    3 sets French press
    3 sets rope tricep extensions

3 sets behind head cable extensions

    3 sets reverse grip extensions

Sounds like you had a pretty brutal workout, MS. Especially going in tired. Sometimes you just have to put your head down and get it done. Good job man!

These workouts are certainly more volume than I’m use to. Doing legs every workout zaps you too. I’m sore in places I haven’t been sore in a long time.

You’re hitting it pretty hard too. Summer is just around the corner!

I’m definitely trying to ramp up my w/o’s. Although, I need to scale back for the next 3 weeks, as I’m starting a blast on May 7. So a de-load would probably serve me well at this point.

You hitting legs daily is killing me! Lol. Just reading about it is rough! You’re definitely turning the heat up. Hope the MK677 works well for you. Wish I had some research under my belt on that product. Would probably be a good addition to a blast.

I’ve been researching it for a good while. Saw some data about how much it raises IGF-1 in real users. I hope to get some before and after blood work done.

    I love the hex/trap bar!

Yeah man, ready to see how you respond to it as I think I will be trying it soon for the HGH properties. May go lose dose 10-12.5mg for a year but need to look at some more studies/people’s experiences. If you have any studies, hook a brother up!

    Hamstrings/calves:

    4 sets bb hip thrusts

    4 sets stiff leg deadlifts

    4 sets leg curls

    Calf stuff

Really like splitting leg day up, quads one day, hamstrings couple days later. Let’s me devote and focus more to each group.

I like the hex trap bar too, except you can’t rack it for shrugs.
