    Vince Saint Custom Diet plans?

    Just curious what your thoughts are on these programs. Wanted to see if they are a one size fits all program or is it truly customized to your needs? Was planning on following the Jim Stoppini cutting program but with the Vince Saint program he gives the full grocery list and full meals etc so it takes out the guesswork. I know how to cut but at the same time looking to get down lower than I've ever been able to get to.

    Having a coach is always going to provide better results.
