Been keeping up on diet but, took a long break from lifting because of job change and selling/buying a new house.
So here it goes. Back at a gym. I will be logging most my stuff on here to keep me on track.
Short term goal is to get back to the normal.
Mid goal. Get over 215lbs again and lean.
Long term goal is to be big as I can with keeping bf% down. (No sh**)
