73rr log to stay on track
Been keeping up on diet but, took a long break from lifting because of job change and selling/buying a new house.
So here it goes. Back at a gym. I will be logging most my stuff on here to keep me on track.
Short term goal is to get back to the normal.
Mid goal. Get over 215lbs again and lean.
Long term goal is to be big as I can with keeping bf% down. (No sh**)Last edited by 73rr; 05-31-2017 at 12:37 PM.

Today, I started with deadlifts then some back work out. Ate after then ran before work. 2 miles

Food for the day
7eggs and salsa
Chicken salad
Steak and potatoes
Chicken tacos with lettuce as shell. Black beans
2 cups smart popcorn as a snack.
2 protein bars

Today was legs.
Mostly squats and leg extensions.
Food for the day
7 eggs salsa
Steak sandwich with green beans
Chicken legs whole wheat pasta
Chicken Spinach salad.
Going on a weekend vacation today. Probably won't be lifting for the next two days. Sorry if I don't log anything

Yo, fun week end. I ran each day. Just so I did some kinda workout. Pushups, sit ups in the morning as well.
Tomorrow will be shoulders.

Yesterday I worked a double. So no gym. Mostly eggs and spinach salads for the day.
Today I'm destroying my back.
Food was 7 eggs salsa
Chicken pasta whole wheat
Spinach salad with chicken and olive oil.

Shoulders today. Ran yesterday.
Food has been on point. Except for yesterday. Drank couple beers and had a cheat day for food.
Friday want today was and will be mostly grilled protiens and vegetables.

Chicken(2 breasts) sandwich with corn and black beans.
Turkey from deli. (Not my favorite) with a spinach salad.
Chicken breast with hot sauce. Whole wheat pasta for side.

Had a hard time logging on for some reason.
So to back track a couple days food has been all clean and i will be adding another meal this week.
Lifting has been good. Friday I did legs, Saturday shoulders. Ran and swimming today.

Chest day. Starting to feel good about my workouts.
Food was basic to say the least.
7 eggs salsa
Chicken breasts and green beans.
Turkey sandwiches one the fly.
Ground turkey with avacodo and a little ketchup.
2 protein bars.
Really wanting some nachos for some reason. I will attempt to hold off on them and have some grilled food for tonight!

Pinched something in my back last Thursday. (Deadlift)
Not sure if I just pushed my self a little much. But probably bad form. Haven't lifted since.
