I got into a car accident a few days ago, and sort of got minor whiplash and bumped my head. So, I decided that it's in my best interest to not work out until I'm feeling 100% again (which should be soon). But in the meantime, I'm going CRAZY!

yea i fucked up my knee and was out for 4 weeks, when you come back you will be anxious to tear the place down
Yeah it sucks but you're playing it smart by taking time off and maybe hurting yourself more.
Maybe do some stuff you been putting off. I know because of the gym I have tons of things I put off until the weekend.
I recently tore my left quad and I was pretty much benched for a couple of weeks. I can work upper body but I haven't been able to do a leg routine in weeks. I feel like my legs are shrinking!! It sucks ass!
Sometimes it is good to take a break every now and then. Just make sure you don't lose motivation. Rumour has it that Chris Cormier will take months off at a time all the while binging and being all out lazy. Yet he manages to place high in most of his shows. Could be just a rumour though!![]()
agreed, injury time off sucks!!![]()
Don't worry guys, I'm certainly not losing motivation! If anything, I'm going to go crazy in the gym when I go back in and do everything in one massive 4-hour workout. We'll see!
Well THIS will be easy to follow up on, you'll be the guy at the gym crawling to his car...Originally Posted by Strut99GT
