My first Power stroke
i bought this Harley Davison addition from a guy in bankruptcy. I got it for pay off which was way cheep. It's my first diesel so I was worried abt what I should buy but I think this was a god buy. It has been bulletproofed and deleted, twin turbos that har been upgraded and three stage tuner that make 300 hp over stock. 100,000 miles. I payed 20,000 what do you guys think.

Looks good. There is a reason the 6.4 won the diesel power challenge two consecutive years. They are one of the real world best pulling trucks on earth. You got a good deal!

Nice truck man. I've been a ford tech for years now... those things are ticking time bombs unfortunately ... all the deletes help though. They are beautiful trucks... I have a 6.0 and I like it but the interior is so out dated. Your not from NY by any chance are you? Could have sworn I've seen that on Craigslist lol

Well, I dont want to start a meme war but chevy and dodge fall apart in my hands. It is a preference thing. One is no better than another but I can break a chevy looking at it and I love dodge if i could find one with a trans that didnt shoot shit every 150k.
I am old school 7.3 and 12 valve guy.
Government motors has yet to produce a typically long lasting diesel.

come on man don't be that guy buddy.... can't you see I'm just excited! This is a moment of triumph for me! I bought this truck cash money And it's my first diesel so why are you wanting to put piss in my cereal bowl. Don't be a negative Nancy if you was on here bragging about your hot ass old lady looking for some hell yeahs from your boys on here you wouldn't want to hear me step up and say yea she is hot "BUT" me and the fellows tagteam her in my ford last week. Sometimes you just let a guy have his moment!

I've had a 7.3 and now own a 6.7. I now own the only Ford diesel that won't get 20 mpg but I love this truck! My 7.3 got 24mpg and I would have drove it into the ground had I not totaled it. As a kid I was die hard Chevy but in witnessing Fords politics, I switched about the same time GM sold out. Great buy on a bad azz truck man. Hope you enjoy it. With proper maintenance you should see several 100k more miles.

I steel like chevey, hell I like dodge to. I feel like diesel truck threw out the big 3 are mostly even now days, there pretty well matched as far as dependability and performance and I would say price but Chevrolet seems to be a little higher. The one thing that really them apart from one another to me is the interior. I feel like dogs and Chevrolet has very cheap shitty interior unless you have an addition with good interior. Fords base model interior is pretty nice

I like wat I can get at the best price when I am shopping. Not trying to rain on you but PS just has a bad rap and well deserved. You can't beat a Cummins and with the new regs out the newer motors don't get the good mph any more. But it is a nice looking truck I like Ford and got a F250 now.

I love the ford powerstrokes especially the 6.0 and 6.4. If it were up to me I would make it mandatory that everyone should own one especially with power modules installed.
But then again I own a diesel repair shop.

In all seriousness if you are going to pull it hard I would lower the power level from 300hp or you could be looking for trouble.

lol wasn't trying to rain on your parade man. They are beautiful trucks and they run awesome and can produce huge amounts of power with just a tune and some exhaust work. The rear ends are indestructible and the trans will hold up to anything. One of the best interiors too. If I wasn't afraid to work on them I would probably trade the dated 6.0 for one.

Or leave it where it is and really get shit done between headgaskets!
Engines were made to be ran until explosion, lets do this shit!
I think that holding my 7.3 to the floor all day @60mph. Fucker will not die, kinda pissing me off. 300k miles being rode like a fresh whore banged off of trees. Hit three deer. Exceeded payload, for a decade. Wrecked it a little drunk couple times. Airbone many times and its a cab and chasis one ton with a 12' steel bed. Been stuck everywhere from my front yard to creeks to fields I shouldnt have been in to ditches and forests. Fell asleep driving and ran off curve once.
Anyway, they will all be rust someday use em!

It has a three stage tuner. It can go 300 over stock but it's set low right now
