Yup, one so called study debunks another just for another study to debunk that one. I remember in the 90's, fat was bad so I ate everything with no fat, then they said carbs is bad so then I went bought stuff with no carbs. Then the Atkins Bullshit Diet comes out, eat all the fat you want, no carbs. How good is that for your heart? Cholesterol etc.Quote:
