Hard to say. Optimal E2 should land between 20-30 pg/ml (75-110), the standard assay will tend to overestimate so keep that in mind.
There is no chance to get sensitive E2 in all of EU , I think. The technology it's pretty expensive and not affordable by small, private labs. We might see it in hospitals (ok maybe not NHS lol) some day but it will likely be reserved to estrogen-dependent ca patients.

I dont have a set workout schedule in regards to my diet unfortunatly. My shifts change constantly and right now i am doing alot of studying. Im on high carb day today with no training. My next leg day will fall on a low day. Its far from optimal i understand but i train whenever i get an opertuning regardless of what day it is.
Do you think the difference it would make would be worth making extra efforts to put big muscle groups near high carb days?
I usually take preworkout stims becore training on low days.ĺ

Been pretty stressed. Got an exam soon. Workout was beyond shiiiite. 15 minutes of pump for legs then 30 mins cardio. Heads not 100% in it the now.
Somebody kill me pls

diet has been erratic today, and will be the next two days, need to be firing on all cylinders.
shoulders went well this evening at my favourite time of the week to train. watching the sun go down as you train on a friday night has its charm.

Best workout in a while. Head was in gear this morning.
Was also somewhat fasted and had a great pump. Only had a casein protein shake before i came out and its day 3 1800kcal 0 carbs.
Felt somewhat strong and enjoyed it. Even got a cheeky wee 500kcal of cardio at the end. Was rubbing on fumes yesterday.... must have been the synephrine and yohimbine.

Different gym today.. the lighting was superb i really dont look like that lol. Im pretty flat, carbing up tomorrow!
Still prettt fat at 85kg the now tho haha

Legs tonight. Saving shoulders for friday. Nothing better than friday shoulders. Made myself ill with carbs with morning. Looking forward to chicken fajitas post workout this evening.

At no point today did i want to beat the shit out of anyone. Had a pretty good day and a great workout... even though it was legs. Shocker.
Told myself i wasnt doing cardio because my legs were jelly. Remembered a wee stunner started work with me today... like a proper 10. Even though shes 7 years older than me....
Anyway ended up doing 500kcal of cardio just incase
