    I am sick. Set in so fast I thought it was tren cough. Went from fine to hacking, difficulty breathing, swollen tonsils, and drainage in about an hour. Thats ok though I got sick last comp.

    Tren cough sounds horrible, from the sweats, to the cough, to the whole list of nasty sides

    It sounds like a bad trip to me

    Tren is definitely not everyone. Luckily for me, I've never had tren caught or bp issues. I like the night sweats, insomnia and aggression are the worst sides for me.

    You should run tren a, halo, adrol. With some cheque drops as pre workout.

    I would have to snort a line before workout on that...

    Tren will get me there. If I ever do run a cycle like that, I will pm marcus300 every 15min with updates of my mental condition.

    Well it seems I overdid it with low carbs, took a while though, unfortunate that I passed the tipping point on deadlift day. Felt weak today and even weaker before training. Lack of hunger, DOMS, carpal tunnel type pains from the peps, PIP on the butt, too little sleep.

    Diet change, meal 2 will now be 100g flour, 100-150g cheeses (varying between gouda, feta, blue, chevre et.c.), some lesser amount of lean meat and possibly some greens. Total daily approx 200 protein 200 carb 150 fat 3k Cal, should do for a very slow cut but enough energy to keep beating the book. But tomorrow it'll be around 300g carbs

    Tonight's workout;
    Deadlifts 230*1
    Lying leg curl 90*12,10,10
    Single leg calf raise 30,30,30
    Seated calf raise 30*30,30

    Not a nutrition expert either but I have been on 100+ fat for as long as I can remember, both bulks and cuts. I like it and feel better than with high carbs. High carbs does something with my hunger/satiety feedback system and I end up feeling the urge to just eat and eat, and I get fat. I think it's the insulin sensitivity going down. Regarding the fats, well at least my fat intake is 2:1 Omega 3:6, and it's pretty even between saturated, poly and mono fats.

    Fat intake is definitely necessary... and a higher fat clean content & intake can and will provide the energy needed especially if one is not very susceptible to high carbs.... some people and I know many competitors that use the keto diet on prep as they reach 6ish wks out(maybe a refeed including higher carbs than fats one day wkly all depends on that person though)...

    If someone is carb sensitive or insulin resistant(which runs hand in hand together) imho it's wiser to follow a much higher Fat intake:
    example;
    Instead of the well known 40/40/20(P/C/F) or a higher Fat intake with P always staying high with either macro split 45/20/35(P/C/F) it just depends on how that person responds to higher carbs when doing a recomp or a cut. I personally would rather carb cycle as it keeps your metabolism burning Cals while maintaining muscle tissue... just my thoughts

    I'm currently trying to maintain a 50/30/20 diet, gotta a lot of fat to cut. I think I'm gonna try carb cycling once I get to closer to where I wanna be.

    Dad's a type 2 diabetic so I have to watch out. From what it seems my blood sugar doesn't rise much after high carb meals but I'm still assuming insulin sensitivity is changing. With my regular eating at ~4k cals if it's high carbs it messes up the hunger/satiety system and I end up needing more to feel the same. Carb cycling is difficult with my work I need stability.

    Ya know I think I'm in the same boat as you.

    I get carbs up into the 200g range I get fat, regardless of activity leval

    Am I insulin resistant?

    I don't know what its like to hit the gym with a good bit of carb fuel, because I stay low on them a lot.

    I get definition loss at 150g

    I can cut at 200g no prob and get carb depleted over a few days at 150 though. My problem with high carbs at 400+ (which becomes 100+ per meal) is I lose the feeling of satiety over time and end up craving more, then over time I just eat more and more.

    Training has been suffering big time this week. Having a lot of joint pain making it difficult to train. I've come to learn that pushing through it just takes me out of the game longer and it's best to just listen to what your body is telling you. I'll be taking it easy until the pain subsides.
    On another note... I'm dropping the tren as I feel it's very under dosed. So I'm just going to up the test and run that from here on out.

    Thanks brother. I was running 350mg of test with 400mg of tren a and just wasn't really feeling anything. I was always told to run tren low on your first cycle with it, but since I have increased my dose so much I'm going to run out soon anyways. I just don't feel like it's worth pinning it 3x a week for no results. Might as well just up the test and let that do some work.

    Sick as hell...
    Feel like death.
    Was working alone in a shit place for murder and rape, got complimented by two big black guys. They said I looked like a linebacker. I was honestly suprised they weren't trying to rob me. Instead they had me look at a tree. I figured, its just a ploy to get me out back of the building so they can try and mug me. I kinda sorta got that dgaf shoot me mindset going at this point. I start thinking about who I am gonna hit first as soon as someone moves wrong.

    Turns out, they had an enourmous cottonwood they wanted gone. They didn't try to rob me!
    I was almost disappointed.

    TOP DEFINITION
    bitch wings
    Bitch wings are when girls are having a BF and are pissed and yelling at you with their arms on their hips with their elbows sticking out.
    God dammit Lucy take your bitch wings off.

    That sucks, I havent ran tren in a few years but I know gradually over the past 5-6 years its gone downhill. Tren back in the days was fucking wicked......from the Devil.

    Tonight's workout;

    Incline bench 100*8,4,4
    Db incline 40*13,5,5
    Db flat 40*7,5,5
    Jm press 62,5*12,9,5
    Dips 20,20,20

    Beating the book after just one carb up!

    Anadrol doesn't seem to have kicked in yet but I did get some nosebleeding this morning and lower back pumps during the day, but no strength increase more than the test e as in comparison to last cycle with test e only.
