August Most Improved Competition
Competitors please post your pictures before and after here. Spectators please no comments until everyone has posted their pictures so we can keep them all together. Picture deadline is 6 pm est 8/14/20017
4 pictures. Front relaxed. Rear relaxed. Front double bicep. Rear double bicep.
Also post your beginning stats.
Guys last time the competitors posted in the comp thread and kinda got lost. I'd like this to have a lot of exposure and have a lot of views. If you are doing a log post it in the lounge area NOT the comp area. Let's see how it works. That way everyday you are there and everyone will see them follow them and post in them. Thank you.

Not perfect pics and I don't have anyone to take them so one arm is in use lol.

Good question. Yes I go to failure if the exercise allows it. For rows its failure on the last set. Theres something with back training, if I use as much weight as I can lift then I can train really hard but won't get that much of a pump in the back, or sore the day after. I am thinking of doing volume training for rows and pulldowns, with chinups/pullups and deadlifts being the only exercise I train HIT style

Thanks for the heads up cape... sorry I'm late guys. My goal here is to lean out but hopefully not lose too much size. But I might change my mind... in my heart I'm always wanting to get bigger.. that's why I got into this sport but I also don't want to be "fat big."

I haven't started his cycle yet, I'm probably going to wait till around 25th august - 2nd September. I'm not happy with current body fat to run cycle yet.
When I do, if i do, its
1-15 test E 500 per week
6-15 Mast E 400 per week
And I'm going to run test base @ 50mg 4x per week, on shoulder, back, chest and leg day, Starting @ week 6 - 15
Adex eod @ .25mg
Hcg 2x week @ 250 iu
I may start test base later Nd use it for 1 week during washout for test E so pct transition is less dead.
Imma have to cop a third bottle
Again I,may or may not go Matty on this
Also, recent bloods show my natty test is at 589 which is a plus, because Feb 2016 pre cycle it was 346
I finished pct in Jan 2017, I think the Clomid and nolva spiked my natty production to,a more acceptable normal range.
