100 lbs of lean gain in his career. He inspires the hell out of me. It wasnt genetics, he devoted every awake minute to becoming what he is.
Guy like him are the only reason I know I can become something from a poster.
There are few out there that started so small and got so damn big.

Yep, that's what led me to this vid. This interview was pretty cool as it was basically him telling his story from start to the first Mr. O. There is a second party to this interview coming out soon.

Dorian was always one of my favorites, even though I never heard him actually speak his mind until recently. I got the feeling just from his training video that he was honest to the bone and had a good mind. Turned out to be true plus hes very open to ideas. Makes one happy to follow the sport when the champions are role models for the journey of becoming the best you can be.

I have to say when I met him I thought he was an arse. But from that podcast he said that he doesn't like crowds etc hence why when he was competing he would hide and just appear.

Very interesting podcast I have to say.

Indeed, I can't wait for the part two interview.

I had never heard before that he didn't squat through most of his career and still had massive legs. Im dealing with a situation where I may not be able to squat anymore and it gives me hope and the thought that I probably don't need to push anything just to add squat back in.

Squats are bs imo. A decent leg press isolates more imo. Ive huge legs for the height of me and I always have done light squats to finish and heavy leg press and lunges.
