How do you calculate lean muscle mass?
Hey I was thinking about this the other day, and how do you calculate how much lean muscle you have? I think it's total weight minus some percentage for bones/organs and then minus bodyfat? If somebody knew the exact formula that'd be great.

Total weight - (body fat % x total weight)

Total weight - bodyfat = lean body mass (which includes water, bone, etc.)
Bodyfat% x Total weight = bodyfat poundage
