    approaching girls at the gym

    there is this really hot chick at my gym but i don't know how to approach. I never have trouble with the ladies but in the gym is different.

    Just leave her alone bro gyms are for lifting not dating..even when girls try to talk to me I blow them off, throws my whole workout off..I do sometimes catch a side glance maybe meet eyes with a beautiful girl and that gives me that much more aggression on my set...that's my opinion man .

    Its not easy man, most chicks who lift seriously dont want to be bothered but still show up in a sports bra and skin tight booty shorts then get annoyed when approached by guys. I saw a girl from highschool that i hadnt seen in years and i tried saying hello and she didnt even know who i was lol. I told her she looks great and thats why it took me a moment to recognize her. She was happy to hear that but pretty much just wanted to get back to her workout.

    Heres a decent scenario; i got on a tredmill next to a cute chick (i NEVER run) lasted about a minute and said "jeez people do this every day?" And got a good chuckle out of her. It was a unrehearsed genuine comment which is what works best. You can make a comment about anything. As simple as picking up a 2lb dumbell and saying "who even uses these?". If you make eye contact and shes next to you and hears the comment, she will probably respond. Being jacked as hell doesnt hurt either.

    I honestly can't stand people approaching me in the gym myself so it would be a no-go for me unless you wait until they are completely done and walking out the door. I am there to train and so are most other people (I think) so I leave it at that.
