I just pray I don’t let you all down. I sometimes don’t know who I am for stretches of my life. I’ve got to stay focused and get back to being me.

Hey MS- to tell you the truth I had reservations about posting my pics. I am very self consciuos. You have some great attributes. I wish I had legs your size.
Hell, 5 years ago I was 240 and way overweight. I tried losing weight and couldn't. I knew that the only way for me to lose weight was to compete in bodybuilding. That brought out the competitive side of me. I have a feeling that you are also very competitive. You have even a better chance due to all of the knowledge that you have. This competition may be that change you are looking for.
Now you think that these pics were bad (i disagree), then go out there and show us the way you want them to look like! I'm behind you and every other competitor to be their best in the amount of time!

I think that I need to go out and buy a case of ensure. I killed legs yesterday and was on my knees and had a hard time getting up. I had to find so ething to help prop me up.

Photos were taken, just need to put them on the computer and edit out the face. Wife was laughing her ass off the whole time and telling me to cover up my package and saying suck in that belly more. I hope I have all the ones that I needed to take. Not sure I can go do it again with her laughing.

She did go get a couple of pictures from the June / July and said I have come a long way so that was nice of her to say. Have to go to the gym now and find my man card.

This correlates with my appearance. People always ask if I work with computers. No I don't lol.

I right click on images and click "rotate clockwise" to fix them. I use Windows Paint to edit. I copy and paste images and drag them together, resize image to below forums max resolution, and save in .jpeg for low file size.

No hard work at all boss!
