Absolutely true.
I almost feel human again and I hate it.
Entire body is sore from workouts I can't heal right from. At least not nearly as fast.

Rob Bailey and HS released their new album "spectrum"

Definitely not my favorite, a bit too intense.
It is ok toward the end of workout I guess. Rob just yells too many repetitive phrases in most of the songs.

"I am the fire" is one I like and the one I posted.

Still no comparison to Beast, hungry, run this, and many other good ones they made.

There is a science to lifting music.
Here is an old timey one that could have been a great song but it was ruined with gay lyrics. This riff was a gift from satan, pissed away by dire straits.

Slower bass riffs...
This is why ac/dc was so celebrated.
It must grab the listener by the adrenal glands or it must take them to the darkest internal hell their soul can manifest.

Now... If we are jazzercizing old time slow soft ass rock and taylor swift will do.

But we ain't.

We are trying to destroy ourselves and muster absolute failure again and again. We need brimstone from hell behind satans war drums with lyrics from the fallen angel himself. We need a guitar with strings woven from hitlers ass hairs.

I don't lift with a positive mindset though. If I weren't lifting I would be sticking a knife into my arm or dragging my chainsaw down my shins to get the same feeling....

Cannot do that with good ol pure hearted classic rock. With enough rec drug maybe I could but that would be counterproductive. So until then I have Rob Bailey and Hollywood undead or... On a real good night I can listen to Adele and muster enough self hatred from it to fully enter my psychotic state.

This is great because I'm in the same boat. It doesn't help that Spotify's shuffle function is an absolute failure. I have like 1000 songs on my main playlist but it constantly cycles through the same 20 or so. It's incredibly annoying!
