Height is 5'10''
Used to be 220lbs with over 30% bf until 2012
Then down to 120 lbs in 2014 cause of health issues
Exactly one year ago I fared at 150lbs, right now I'm at 175lbs and still fairly lean
Goal for 2018 is to manage 190lbs at about 15%.

Right now squat 180kg for 6, dead 240 for 4, bench 140 for 1 or 120 for 8, same as end of last cycle so TRT levels make me retain 100%. One test E and anadrol cycle took deads from 210 for 4 to those numbers so 30kg jump on deads... 20kg or so jump for bench.
Since my goals are two cycles for 2018, I expect myself to do it and bust 300 for reps on deads and 160 bench, 220 squats. Planning micro and mesocycles already and compiling data for diet too. It will probably be test prop and winstrol for one cycle, then test prop and anadrol for the other. NPP for 2019 or even later if it seems I can keep moving forward steadily with 600mg test and an oral.
No clue about bodyweight but last time I was 83kg in the morning when I slept over somewhere else. Still procrastinating on getting a damn scale at home lol I just don't care enough.

2006 6'2 258 lbs 40% bf
2007 191 lbs 20% bf No lifting just cardio and carb free diet up to this time
2017 Jan 1st 215 lbs 9%bf
Now 246 lbs 20 something bf.

Testicles will be about 50% smaller.

I normally set my goals for July 23rd my birthday and try to improve atleast one thing every year.
at 50 years young I was 224 and 24% BF then started HRT.
Will be 57 in July currently 5'10' 217 @ 16% BF
Goal is 217/218 14% BF shoulders capped a bit more and traps larger.
On my way there now with current cycle love low dose tren ace!

2017 was a horrible year for me . a major injury, two surgeries, 4 months being bed ridden, another month being stuck in a walker. and having to live off pain pills and very little food for quite some time. lost close 40 pounds and a lot of muscle mass.
but I'm coming back.

215-220 at 10% by the end of the year is reasonable goal considering I'm still recovering from the injuries . if I can ever get back to squatting then those numbers will be higher

2017 was kinda-sorta a bad year for me as well, but I'm old and stubborn and refuse to give up. In short:
Partial Distal bicep tear in June.
Partial left hamstring tendon tear in September. Just got over rehab and back to normal weights when....
Right bicep femoris muscle tear in November. Hint - bicep femoris is the hamstring as well...
Other than that. 5'11 and pushing just shy of 240. No clue on BF% but it's never much anyway. The 240 is a guess but I'm sure it's quite on point.
Goal is simple. Not to get hurt anymore and keep making progress. I feel I have despite all the above shit.

2017, other than my back injury was pretty good. I've lost over 40lbs and over 10% bf. I stopped drinking beer everyday and quit smoking.

2012 5'11 235lbs bf- off the scale
2013 165 lbs bf-8%. (Competition weight) Competed naturally in BB
2017 217 lbs bf 15%... Carbs got the best of me the last two weeks
2018- 210 lbs 10%

I’m same as most here, injured most of 2017, went backwards a little but training at 70% right now. Hoping the most improved contest will push me through.
5’7” 212 @ 10-12 now
Future goal to be back to training 100% and back on stage.

5'6" 212 15% ish bodyfat, upper 2 abs showing
Lifts (Raw): Bench 470 pounds, Squat 525 pounds, Deadlift 615 pounds (probably more, haven't tested max in a while)
Goal
5'8" (lol) 205 12%, 4 abs showing (fuck lower abs, I have low test and am not cycling. Lower abs costs too much strength and mass from the rest of my body)
Lifts (Raw): Bench 485 pounds, Squat 550 pounds, Deadlift 650 pounds

2014: 225 under 8% bf
Goal: 2017 was a pretty good year recovering from 2016. Only been back in the lifestyle 9 months now. I’ve completely changed my body. I can’t wait to get this last bit of fat off me. I want to be my 2014 stats by years end only leaner. 2019 may see me competing in the classic physique. 5'11 - 206lbs - 22/23% bodyfat ish.
In a years time perhaps something like 200ish lbs at 15% bf. Aim high

MP smith 305 7reps(also how i hurt shoulder & neck)

190-195lbs consistently - 10-12%
strength climbing and only a month back

215 @ 10% or lower or 205 with biggest measurements yet

my goal is to increase my powerlifting total while running less gear than ever before.
my 2nd goal, related to first, is to increase my ranking from elite to international elite for my age group. (never be able to rank so high if I include the young lads...)
