Figured I'll detail what I am running during this time. Nothing spectacular as it's what I am running all the time but it is what it is! I'll skip mentioning the supplements.

Test-E 200mg/wk
HGH 1.8IU ED

10 sets 10 reps each leg of glute isolation (machine where you do back kicks with your leg)
8 sets 8 reps assisted pull-ups (really weak here)
8 sets 8 reps chest press machine
8 sets 10 reps leg extensions
3 sets 10 reps triceps push downs

just passed my DOT physical so i can start in with the tren and get serious with this comp...yeah buddy!!!...missed the gym yesterday as i had to clear 3feet of snow of my house because its going to rain on Friday so i have to protect my investment...it was 35 degrees yesterday so i was on my roof in a tshirt...yes, when your environment makes a 50 degree swing in one day you feel it big time...

I’m DOT too. Drug and alcohol testing? Since I am aviation, no required physical. I do not fly them, just overhaul them.

Ghettoboyd awesome physique. We have some similarities in what develops faster it seems. I think your back thickness is overshadowing your lats and it shows mostly on poses with arms up. If you add more mass to your lats it will give a big boost to your overall physique. Just my opinion!

I've always had a few guns for hunting but about 15 years ago I kinda of got into collecting and growing my arsenal.
over half of them are collectors and will never be shot.

I have several favorites but my favorite hunting rifle is a Remington XCR .300 RUM. Favorite fun gun is a DPMs AR10 .308 set up for long range shooting.

Ouch, use the tiger balm, stretch and e stem. Watch the Ibp intake. I about pulled a grown muscle but stopped amd went to stretching. Thank God, those take forever to heal

Yes they go up in value. Some more than others. If you ever come here be happy to take you out shooting. Between me and a couple of friend we can fire everything you ever wanted to fire, including fully automatics.

It's so hard to imagine how different things are in different parts of the world. When I was six or so I had my own shotgun, I could grab and go hunt squirrels by myself. One thing I like about forums like this, we get to learn each other's culture without being told what to believe

No today was a physical to see if I could phisicaly handle a DOT regulated vehicle...they piss test for diabities and check blood pressure do eye tests check balance stuff like that...no drug test today...

I got to shoot a hunting rifle when I was a kid. My mom challenged me to see who can aim best, well it wasn't like playing counter strike it wouldn't even hit what I aimed while my mom shot down bird after bird. But beyond that the only time I saw a gun was when someone got shot in the ghetto I grew up in, they weren't always secretive. Guns are viewed as something bad here, a shame since I like guns. No political discussion pls lol tired of that.

in the spring time here, we can kill nutria and the tails are worth $5 a pop. they are a pest animal and tear up landscape, so there is a small season on them. you can a good hundred at a time. some people eat them some don't, very gamey tasting animal. just have to watch when grabbing it out of the water, alligators are everywhere which makes it fun!
