I went back to sleep after a protein shake. Up at 7 hungry for eggs. It's a food day. Not doing cardio just lifting. Lats say I have been ignoring them.

A good chunk of that is water and bloat. 210 is probably where I started neglecting adding in all that. I’m dropping pretty close to what i need to per day and week. Compared to past cuts, this time however. I don’t have near the lean mass I once had. So I might come on very light by the end to get to my BF goal. My main goal is to get the fat off me then put some muscle back on.

nice to see those losses fellas

i am only down a pound thus far, sitting at 196lbs

i just noticed that my pre-workout has 3g of creatine in it, been taking half a scoop so 1.5g a day. wondering if that little bit will make a difference?

today, 40 minutes of cardio so far

I just started taking Creatine again. Idk if that will slow my weight loss down or not. Hopefully it still keeps me losing BF and preserves muscle mass.

You will have water retention so your weight may be misleading of your progress.

Well the old man felt much better this morning. Still up at 3 am to eat and go to the gym. Walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes. Cried looking at the weights that I couldn’t use and stretched for about 20 minutes. Felt much better. Went to put on my shoes after my shower. Fell to the floor in pain. I guess that my back still isn’t healed yet. I have a tendency to push things. No pain medicine here. I want to feel it if is not OK..... it’s still not ok. LOL
Don’t you guys think for a minute that Charger69 can be counted out!

Keto really dries me out so I’m hopeful it will keep extra cellular water retention at bay. I just started a new Keto pre workout from BPI. It has MTC’s and BHB. I really like it so far, i was sweating like a madman yesterday working out and had a ton of energy.

My scale shows only a 1 to 2-pound variance with my weight. My clothing and my waist are where I am seeing a difference. Then again, I am not in gear to start my fat loss. Just doing too much cardio and lots of reps to get the muscle endurance back.

    Hey guys great progress!

Mrs.BG is now sick so we are off to a slower start then I would have liked. I’m down to 208.5 from 212 and workouts are getting better and better. Hopefully Mrs.BG will be on the up for the start of next week so we can get cranking.

Boy goes back to college tomorrow so there will be no more chips in the house. Wife is going to be in and out of town for a couple of weeks so I will only get what I want. It did get ass cold here today so I am making Chile and getting some fritos as a last meal (or two).

You can have chili without the beans and chips on Keto.

For some reason, I do not like beans in my chili. Maybe it is due to the deer, elk and beef I put in there or the long time I let it cook. Beans also kill my GI track. Wife will wake me up to kick me out of the room due to the rank farts. They are really bad, like Blazing Saddles bad.
